BRING YOUR CASE: Plan to discuss your case in a small expert-led group. You will leave with a sound plan for applying and benefitting from psychodramatic litigation techniques immediately!

Psychodrama techniques assist lawyers to identify and understand underlying emotions and motivations or parties and witnesses while revealing the truth and facts of the case at a depth and clarity otherwise rarely seen.

“Psycho-dramatic tools aid us in discovery and presenting the story of the case. Instead of merely telling them what the case is about, you are able to show the jury your case, making for better and more persuasive storytelling. I use these techniques with injured clients, their families, and witnesses. A witness recently realized their statements of time and distance were wildly wrong after we ‘re-lived the event together and supplied context.’ The results made my case and removed a thorny defense argument.

“In another case, Joane recently spent three days with me working with a severely injured client, his family and witnesses to the event. The results of that work will inform my team’s approach to the entire case going forward and revealed issues and facts that four prior focus groups and all our expertise had failed to identify.

“I cannot overstate the value, importance and downright necessity of this work and of every litigator possessing these skills.

THIS IS NEXT LEVEL LITIGATION SKILLS TRAINING AT ITS BEST!

“And at a cost of less than one day working with an expert!!! I urge every invited lawyer to attend and bring your skill set to the 21st Century of Litigation Practice! See you there!
